I couldn't believe the way your staff and management treated a completely covered, beautiful and rule abiding customer yesterday. You embarrassed her, AND asked her to do something that is clearly in defiance of your posted rules by requiring her to put on street clothes in your pool. My family and I will never visit your pool again. Clearly you have double standards and your rules only apply to skinny women without breasts.
I will never go there... The way the manager treats customers is horrible and very unprofessional. Especially customers who are not a size 0. This manager needs some training on how to deal with the public. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this water facility.
Lifeguards and manager discriminate due to weight. Will never spend my money at such a disgusting establishment. I will report to BBB as well.
I've never been here and can tell you I never will either. I may be kicked out because I'm not a size 2, flat chested female and I'd rather not be humiliated in front of other swimmers.
Needs new management that does not discriminate!
The manager is inappropriate, rude and insensitive. They just kicked a friend of mine out of the pool for an "inappropriate swimsuit" ( every part of her body was covered). When she mentioned to him he that the lifeguards had they suits up their rear end he had them put on shorts. Never apologized and never refunded her. Buyer beware!
