I heard this side of the story and doesn't sound very nice, need to hear the other side still amazing how one wrong incident (with out minimizing it and hope they deal with this case ) can get so many people on fire that don't even know that place. I have been swimming in that place for the past 4 years with my fam. and I have always been treated with respect and a very nice way by the staff and supervisors. I hear of your lifeguards humiliating a young lady for her swim suite which is more then appropriate, and then to make it worse instead of being pulled to the side about the issue she is confronted by the lifeguard while in the pool in from of many other people, and when talked to the manager she was treated badly once again, this is disgusting, and your manager and staff need training on customer service, shame on you all.

Me and the kids are at the pool 4 days a week. Staff has been kind and patient, creating a fun environment during swim lessons.

I will never allow my children to enter this disgusting place again. You need to be shut down immediately and then try educating your so called staff on some basic human decency. How you could treat a human being with such total disrespect is beyond unacceptable and inappropriate. Your actions and words to a woman are despicable. You should be so ashamed and embarrassed of yourself. You are a huge disappointment to mankind.

I read the story of the body shaming that was done by the lifeguards at your pool. This is shameful and the staff members need to be fired!
