We are at the pool everyday and at least once in the evening for swim meets. I have always been treated well. So have the kids I take there. Sorry if some had a bad experience but ours related to staff has been good....not always awesome with other attendees.
I'm so disappointed with the disrespect from management and staff. I will not be going to this location. Ever.
Shame on your staff! I can not believe that a "manager" would speak to a beautiful woman the ways your ignorant employee did! I hope that a public apology is issued and every employee involved in this disgusting situation is reprimanded!
