My son has a great time every time he swims here(5-7 days a week) and this years guards have been nothing but polite and helpful.....
Im really disappointed to hear about the incident in where staff discriminated against a full figured woman who was dressed completly fine (her whole torso was covered). This made my blood boil. I've came to the pool before and enjoyed it and was planning on taking my daughter there soon. I don't plan on doing so anymore. This is by no means okay and I hope something happens to the staff. I don't even want to give you guys one star. I'm so disappointed.
Body Shaming is NEVER acceptable, but at a pool... where your SUPPOSED to be in swimming attire!? Horrible.
Will never be going! Needs new management! Body shaming is not ok! Are the lifeguards at the pool trying to find a date? Or actually work? The way they are dressed...
Clearly needs new management and employees. Body shaming anyone isn't ok, but it's even worse that the staff did this in front of other customers. Sounds like some customer service training at the very least is needed at this facility.
