Jaelyn brought large samples of the carpets we'd chosen on line--and showed us that ProSource has every choice in the world! She gave us great information on wear, feel, availability, and pad. Jaelyn knows carpets, and she's fun to work with.
I was recommended this place by a friend- I was helped by Brian, who was super responsive, friendly and helpful! He was able to get me what I needed for my flooring remodel in a timely manner for a deal, and worked with me when I had last minute orders I had to put in. He also checked in with me throughout the process and answered all my questions, which I had a lot of with this being my first remodel.
Great flooring purchasing experience at this store. Brian was very nice and kind. He showed me examples and explained details about my needs. He also provided a lot of help during placing the order. Appreciate his help and recommend to have him with your flooring needs.
Great store with a large and varied stock of flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops and more. I only went for the flooring and did not pay much attention to their other offerings - but it appears to be your one stop store for all your interior remodeling needs. The staff is very helpful without being pushy. I worked with Veronica Terriquez who was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
