I've shopped at every flooring/cabinet/kitchen/tile store on Miramar and all of San Diego and ProSource is by far the best! Not only do they offer the lowest prices, the services are top notch. Fast, friendly, helpful, and wildly knowledgable. They have become a trusted partner in designing and remodeling my homes. Jaelyn and Stephen are rockstars!

I am writing to share my recent experience with their sales team. While I genuinely appreciate their enthusiasm and efforts, I found their approach to be more gatekeeping than providing the insightful assistance I was seeking. Their assertive demeanor made the interaction uncomfortable, and I felt more like an outsider than a valued customer. ProSource has been such a significant part of our home improvement, I thought it was worth expressing as a story. It began with an introduction from an interior designer we hired to design our kitchen. 

Shortly after introducing us to Leslie Talley (our Acct. Jaelyn brought large samples of the carpets we'd chosen on line--and showed us that ProSource has every choice in the world! She gave us great information on wear, feel, availability, and pad. Jaelyn knows carpets, and she's fun to work with.

I was recommended this place by a friend- I was helped by Brian, who was super responsive, friendly and helpful! He was able to get me what I needed for my flooring remodel in a timely manner for a deal, and worked with me when I had last minute orders I had to put in. He also checked in with me throughout the process and answered all my questions, which I had a lot of with this being my first remodel.
