I ordered carpet for a bedroom using the measurements from an installer recommended by ProSource. The carpeting came in short by eight feet. They want $408.82 dollars additional to order the extra needed carpet. As it is, ProSource charged me about $200.00 more for the carpet that I bought than the price given to me at the onset of this transaction. I need someone to intervene and help me. Terrible experience from a customer service basis. All was good until the payment was made. Have had harassing phone calls from their accounts receivable department trying to collect on a debt owed by another customer. My name was inadvertently attached to the account they were trying to collect from. Explained in detail and still calls continued. AS asked to speak with a manager to clear up the problem and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes without a manager picking up. I will not ever use these people again.
Horrible! I refused delivery of damaged material, and simply wanted my money back or a serviceable product. After two months, I have a partial credit and no material. I've filed a BBB complaint to which they have not responded, a credit card dispute, and numerous unreturned phone calls. Don't take a chance unless you can inspect the material before you pay them a dime.
