Laura Rivas was great. Got me into my beautiful apartment in one day. She was able to get it cleaned and had all maintenance repairs done within 24 hrs. She did suggest to take pictures and write down anything I found wrong with the new place. She was very helpful and prompt with returning phone calls.
I'm so excited! I moved into my new place in Lemon Grove and it's beautiful. Sarita the property manager was so nice and helpful and she was on top of everything. She is such a great person and manger.. I love my New place!
I had a great experience with my real estate agent Julie Dong. She was very helpful throughout the entire process and made the experience easy and pleasant. I love the new apartment that she moved me into and everything was very clean and repaired when I moved in. Julie is always available on phone or email for any questions or concerns.
These 3 Previous Reviews CAN'T BE RIGHT – We hope you take a look at other review site postings, because this can't POSSIBLY be the same property management firm as the ones being reviewed elsewhere. Geesh, this thing needs to get up to date!
Very Nice – Everyone at the Carlsbad office has been really nice to deal with. This was my first rental experience as well as moving, so it was a very stressful situation, but Property Advantage made things go much easier. I am really glad I went with them.
Very Pleased – Really, I have been very pleased with Prop Advantage. I would put other properties with them should the occasion arise. The personnel are very responsive and helpful.
Highly Recommended! – I don't have to worry about how my property is being taken care of. The outside vendors who have worked at my house have been top quality and reliable unlike my experience with the precious property management company.
