Our community manager, Larissa Renwick, comes from this company. I can't speak for the rest of property advantage, but Larrisa has been great. She's readily available on line and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I am a new homeowner in a HOA and I a just spoke with Bonnie in the accounting department. She has made me feel self assured that I am in good hands with Property Advantage. She was very patient and understanding of my situation. I was very close to those fires and couldn't leave my house. My monthly allotment was almost late, but she was able to verify the receipt of it.. I am going to recommend Property Advantage to my friends.

Sylvia Campos is one of the best property managers I've ever dealt with. She took care of everything and it was turn key from start to finish. Sad to leave the beach but my family has grown and I will not forget the entire experience. Thank you again Sylvia!!

Julie was great at helping me get into my apartment. She was willing to discuss changes with the landlord like putting in a ceiling fan and allowing me to paint an accent wall if I wanted. This company has a cool website that allows you to pay rent online with reoccurring payments which is helpful for people like me that forget when the first of the month rolls around.

Our property manager here at olive is great! She has turned this property around! She really works hard for the residents and try's to understand we work pay check to pay check. Since this property has been under new management, Sarita has been though a lot. But she keeps a smile on here face while these residents beat her down due to changes out of her control.

Thus far, I have nothing but good things to say about this management company. Throughout my tenancy I have been through several "property managers". In the little time I've spent with them they have made the utmost effort to address of all my family's concerns. The women in their office are always responsive and make sure things are dealt with in a timely manner. Thank you to Property Advantage for making us a priority.
