I am a new homeowner in the Vista, CA area and my HOA property manager is Nicole Norman. She is an excellent manager and has helped me every step of the way, always answers my phone calls and is extremely knowledgable with everything I ask. She has also gone way above and beyond her managerial duties to even help me in finding my way around the san diego area to attend to my personal schedule. I highly recommend her to your community.

First off i have to be honest i was a little skeptical about this company because initially it was a little difficult to get a hold of the Realtor, but as soon ad we did Laura Rivas and her oceanside office location helped us greatly in finding an amazing location to live in Carlsbad. Initially we were looking at a different property which we did not get approved for, but Laura Rivas was able to approve us for an even better location at the same price. After writing my previous review, the owner of Property Advantage called me and talked with me about the issues I have had since moving in. He was very kind and is making sure I will be reimbursed for the extra hour I had to have movers at my house due to the lock on the garage. They have been prompt with all my maintenance requests as well. We'll see how things progress as our year long lease progresses and ends!

I've had the pleasure of working with Nicole Norman at Property Advantage. She is a new employee, and I have been very delighted to work with her on my landscape sites. She is friendly with me as a vendor, and to the clients. She listens to their needs, and looks for a solution to their problems. I like that she cares about the property, which helps me in being able to spruce up the landscape, as well. I would highly recommend Nicole Norman as a property manager.

I have had a good experience with the property manager, Julie. She is very friendly and responsive. She can be reached by phone of email easily and handles your problems efficiently. The property itself is a good place to stay as well. I would highly recommend it.

I am very pleased with my new apartment at Olive street apartments. The property manager Sarita is awesome. When my husband applied for the apartment there wasn't any availiable units at the time, but Sarita kept in touch with us and got us in a unit within a month. The property is very clean and peaceful. This is a great place to stay. Our upgraded unit is a plus.

I called one of their managers, Julie Dong, on a property I found listed and she called me back almost right away and was unbelievably helpful. The property I had called on was already leased but she showed me two other properties one of which I just ended up leasing. She honestly bent over backwards to help me in anyway she could and I am beyond appreciative for all she did for me. I highly recommend this property management company to anyone! thank you Julie!
