I worked for Property Managment Solutions Hi Squeezle Z. I am Isabel who you mentioned about in your PMS review. You are absolutely correct with everything you said. I worked with her for two months tops and introduced her to the World Wide Web and emails. Long story short, it amazes me how properties still pay her when she offers no service. I work for a respectable management company, HOA Organizers 818-344-3331. Please look us up, I would love to work with you and the rest of the homeowners again.
Bobcat They are unresponsive to homeowners. Fail to communicate by returning phone calls, and refuse email communications--amazing in this day and age.
WE need to DUMP them. I can't understand why our HOA hired PMS. My experience is that Joanne Jelin is not only curt, unresponsive, but negligent and there is a lawsuit in our complex that proves it. The recently departed Isabelle was great...but she lasted only a short time. She even had email communication (which Joanne doesn't). What kind of business person can't be reached by email? I'd love to have a conversation with previous employees about what really goes on at PMS.
How to ruin an HOA Jo Ann Jelin, the owner PMS, will drag your HOA down. Calls are not returned, service is not called out on a timely manner.The lack of professionalism is startling. Why HOA's hire this woman, must be based on intimidation alone. She has no people skills, no interest in managing or maintaining a property - only charging fees to the HOA's is the agenda. We suspect there is a kickback policy when her vendors are used. Not sure how she is still in business.
PMS Joann Jelin Joann Jelin is Hitler. She makes up the rules and seems like ower of the building. She is good at hanging up on you with so nasty attitude. She makes this place a Hell to live in. Please somebody let me know how to rid of her and PMS.
Don't trust Joann Jelin & PMS Joann Jelin of PMS is a money hungry, crazy lady. She's cold & uncaring, is incompetent & does a terrible job. Someone to stay away from!

She makes this place a Hell to live in.Try to get a copy of the CC&R'S She is Still at it with the nasty attitude. The PMS office looks like a PIG pin. Marsha Sydney w/ Prop. Mgmt. Solutions is the best we've ever had! Marsha Sydney is our assoc. mgr. She's a doll & has always dealt with any problems that have occurred. Peter your accusations have no merit. Peter you honestly sound like a disgruntled property owner who doesn't pay their dues and has dealt with the consequences. I have never known Marsha in the years she has managed our property to be unprofessional and she has always offered more than expected in dealing with any issues that arise.
