I hired Zed to manage and rent our family home due to moving out of state. 11 months after our home was rented, we decided to put it on the market to be sold. Our realtor scheduled a walk-thru. We were devastated with the results. Numerous lease violations were found. Now our 4 year old home looked like a 10 year old home. We have repairs that far exceed the deposit. With no end in sight. Zed’s lack of professionalism is a palling and I highly recommend you looking elsewhere for your property management needs
We rented our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 yr old home with Zed. Our property was nothing but neglected we specifically asked for no cats there was a cat in the house the whole time. The renters destroyed our new home. Never once was there a walk thru done. Our AC unit filter was not changed for a year. The damage to my home is currently up to 4500. My apt ceiling fell in after they failed to repair water damage in my ceiling. Both my doors that went directly outside were broken and wouldn't lock or fully close when I moved in and were never fixed by them (so they legally shouldn't have rented it at all). I had ants and roaches coming in through holes in the bathroom walls. The hallways were infested with fleas. They pretend to address tenant concerns, but ignore them. I do NOT! recommend PMI. It was a year 1/2 nightmare dealing with them to have repairs done, It would take months! then to pay rent, communication was extremely time consuming and difficult. We left the property in better condition than when we left. They charged us with things that were not our doing but the owners unwilling to care for his property not our doing! very unpleasant dealing with them. Very unprofessional, stressful and costly.

The team at PMI is top notch. They are a genuine bunch and know their stuff. Brian is heavily involved in the NARPM community which says a lot about his company’s passion for property management. If you are looking for a rental, choose Property Management Inc.!
PMI made moving in very easy. They answered back quickly and answered every question we had. Candy helped us out with our process and made it enjoyable!
