As a member of an HOA Board I have to say that they were horrible to work with as our property management company. We were promised numerous things before we hired and them, once hired they did none of those things. We ended up having way more work to do once we hired them. Their system Is flawed and they could not keep accurate financial record which is vital for an HOA. Hiring them damaged the relationship between the HOA and the community. Terrible experience, will never ever rent another PMI property.
RecommendedConscientious about the owner's ROI. I was at a unit today and noticed a leak. I stayed until maintenance arrived and left. Who else besides yourself cares about your property as much as we do.
