The charged double application fees made me fill out to applications said the property i applied for first the owner chose another applicant but told me i could apply mt application go another property when i found another property they said all pmi companies were not affiliated and that i had to submit another application. I never rented with them but they were easy to get ahold of and were willing to refund part of my application fee even though it was non refundable.
