Sol Kruk did my home inspection. He is very thorough and he doesn’t deltay his reports. He documented all flaws and nicely recorded pictures. He answered all my questions. If this house purchase does not go as expected I will definitely be going back to Sol for a another inspection. Fingers crossed. Not trying to go through another house purchase!!!

Sol was on time, professional, and went above and beyond. He even climbed through a tiny bathroom window in order to access the roof. He also went back after the inspection to test the water because it was not turned on the first time. I would highly recommend him.
