Prompt and very thorough the inspector found things we didn’t see when we first looked at the house we want to buy and pointed out some safety issues we wouldn’t have known about all I can say is a job well done and money well spent for a piece of mind.

Sol was very timely, personable, professional, and responsive to all of my questions and I especially loved his intimate familiarity with Baltimore City architecture. Sol also had a great rapport with my contractor - who showed up toward the end of the inspection in order to price repairs based on the inspection. Sol was knowledgeable and professional. He takes pictures of hard to reach areas which may have issues that other inspectors might overlook. He even waited an hour for a rude tenant to show up. He is dedicated to his job and it shows. His reports are detailed and cover all of the bases and then some. I recommend!!!
