Lock in Fee Wow, We've paid a lock in fee, the first time ever. $60.00. They incorrectly managed our monthly fee. They can't seem to figure out a monthly budget very well, as we always have to pay at the end of the year. Those of you who paid this $60.00 lock in fee, have you looked at what you've been charged? Nothing special, but they do get the job done... Pro-Pane Inc. has prices which are consistent with other local propane dealers. They do not have online billing, but they do offer a budget program, which is helpful in preventing inflated bills during peak heating season. The statements (sent only near "settle up" months) are cryptic to say the least, and you are never quite sure how much you owe. Propane contract I must say I'm really dissapointed in the way your taking advantage of your customers. This stuff of paying a flat fee to lock into a set amount per gallon, what a joke!!! We've been customers of yours for darn near 20 yrs. and this is what we get for our loyalty.
