Setting it straight My opinion---The majority of the positive reviews on this site about this company have been written by the Manager or by those directed by the manager. I was under the oppresion that this was supposed to be reviews from only current customers or past customers. It is very discouraging to see that the only way they are able to get favorable reviews is to write them themselves.
Retired I recently installed a new propane furnace. these people explained eveything in detail about the propane system and tank. My family and I thank you.
Non-profit benefits from Propane Inc. generosity We hold a fish fry at our church every year and Propane Inc. has donated the LP gas we use to run our fryers and water heaters for several years. They drop the gas off when requested and pick the tanks up promptly once the fish fry is over. They have been very generous, helpful and courteous throughout the years.
Quality Company We have had nothing but a good experience with these folks. They have been timely with their deliveries and fair with their pricing. I too appreciate them giving back to the community.
Good supplier Propane always does a good job for our company. They are always willing to donate and help out with worthy causes. I heard that hey had raised over $10,000 with their breast cancer awareness truck.
Good Company ProPane Inc is a very responsible corporate citizen sponsoring numerous things within the community. Recently partnering with the American Breast Cancer Foundation to donate money back for every gallon of propane pumped from the Pink delivery truck.
Shipper I own a business and know how important service is to customers. I recently ran out of propane for my forklifts and propane inc came to my rescue delivering me tanks and setting me up the same day. I wasn't even a customer at the time.
cold crying kids! I hate dealing with this company. I was getting filled when not requesting it. I have now been put on prepay. it is 30 flipping degrees out and i have no heat with 5 kids!!!!! the wood i have is only doing so much. I think it is great that they want to be so special to the community but it is the community paying for them. I have a 5 balance (from a tank rent check that i wrote for 100 not 105 in error) and I can not get heat. what a farce! would not recommend this company to anyone!
