Terrible terrible I wouldn't recommend AmeriGas. They aren't very friendly, and have terrible customer service in my opinion. Their prices are also much higher than other places, and with gas prices the way they are now, you need to go with the cheapest.
MUCH higer than other places My mother is building a home and she got quotes for about 7 places before deciding who to go with for her heating oil and tank, and Amerigas was THE most expensive by far of them all. They were also slow delivering thier quote and gave her kind of a hard time about the placement of the tank which she didn't want to be inside her home. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyon of my friends or family in the future.
Not very customer friendly When we were looking for a new fuel supplier this was one of the palces we called. The woman who answered the phone was very clipped and her tone of voice made us feel like we were more of a bother than a customer. Thier prices were much higher than other places we called as well.
Kind of high prices I used this company to get a new fuel oil tank installed. They were friendly and they did good work, nothign extraordinary though. The prices were high, and if I could have waited for the replacement I would have gone with a different company, unfortunately they could fit me in the earliest.
Cool Gas It's a gas station,how much is there to really say about it. I guess the gas is of high quality but who really knows. The people who work there are really nice and are willing to answer any questions. Bathrooms are sketchy, don't pee in them.
Terrible Service! have never written a terrible review of a company, but Amerigas in Scott's Valley is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. I prepaid for propane over a month ago. After charging me over $300.00 Amerigas failed to fill our tanks. Countless calls over the past month have failed to bring a driver to our cabin. Now, during the middle of a Santa Cruz cold rainstorm, we are running out of propane. The national office called a driver to come up and the local branch won't come because it is a weekend. Good Delivery Time I have a propane tank and it needed serviced, one call to let them know the problem and it was corrected quickly.They specialized in good prices Yes it is highly recommended and very good deals and prices
