Builder I recently in stalled a underground tank and these folks from start to finish did a great job. The safety check was a real comfort for me and my family.
Propane customers - check your usage. We have been customers of ProPane for going on 17 years. We have never in 16 heating season had a fill up in Nov, Dec and Jan. There is no way we used nearly 300 gallons in one month. I called asked about it and received a call back saying everyones uses has gone up 20 -40 %. I don't think so. We have lived in our home for 17 years and never, repeat never had filling of our tank 3 months in a row. Accountant I would recomend this company. They do what they call a gas check of your propane system and it will find leaks and make sure everything is working the way it should. I could find no other company that offered this service.
Great People I want to thank Propane, Inc for there act of kindness around Christmas. My family has fallen on hard times and they totally helped us with a delivery of propane.
Not Recommended..... I am not happy at all with these people. They give misleading information and are very slick at passing the buck when it comes to working out miscommunication. I am a new customer and my first experience with dealing with a propane company has left a bad taste in my mouth. Happy Propane is a good company they have serviced our family for a number of years and have always been responsive to our request. We pay our bills on time and have never had a problem getting a delivery.
Brownsburg Inc.....blah We have had nothing but problems with this company! We have told them that we will call when we need a fill up - they come anyway and leave a very high bill at the door! Then want payment right then and there! That has happened several times - they are also very rude on the phone! Their prices are higher than anywhere else but we can't change because it's their tank! We are moving and I will be glad to be rid of them!
Christian customer My wife and I own our own tank, so that gives us the liberty to shop around. We passed by their office one day and saw Pray for our troops on their sign out front. Unsatisfacorty customer service We were with the company over 15years. They have let our tank run empty the past two winters and charged us the emergency run fee. We were monthly budget users and were not offered any price lock for the current year. We decided to change propane companies and they have held our refund hostage for 6 weeks now indicating it could take as much as 8-10 weeks. They owe us over $500.00.
