Pronto did a great job cleaning the rugs and were communicative. They also took great care in placing my rug exactly as it was (based on a photo they had). Highly recommend.
Pronto was amazing! They cleaned our boucle cushioned stools like it was nothing at all. The job was quick and easy and they knew exactly how to handle the material and bring it back to brand new. Highly recommended for any carpet cleaning and remediation.
