Pronto plumbing has misdiagnosed my plumbing issue 3 times, this has cost me thousands and still no resolution. My home smells like Mold and mildew because it. The office manager Amy who called my phone very unprofessional. When I brought this to her attention She immediately got upset because I expressed to her my additional fees I had to pay for the leak not being repaired properly the first time. I will never recommend or use pronto again because of her and their constant misdiagnosis and I will be contacting the BBB. I d... read more
Chris is amazing! Just wanted to start with that. It was the office manager Amy who called my phone very unprofessional that this review is for. I will never recommend or use pronto again because of her. I don’t know if she was having a bad day however there is never a need to be rude.
