If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I have never EVER EVER been so disappointed in my life. I made reservations 2 weeks ago just because I wanted to make sure we could have a place here as this is one of my Mom’s (used to) favorite restaurants. Had a reservation for my mothers birthday, but once we got there the reservation wasn’t even in place. They seated us, then give us water. We don’t see our waiter for another 30 plus minutes. We find him and he finally brings our mimosas. Takes our order, an hour goes by and still no food and our waiter never came back to apologize for the wait. I always have a great time at Pronto! I enjoy The Dynamic Duo- Disney & Broadway Nights. I'll be doing Disney, Broadway & Standards Karaoke ONE NIGHT ONLY Tues April 17th : 9:30-12 :) I'm subbing for Eric & Gerianne, they will be back in May :)
Desserts and drinks are perfect �. Food menu leaves a bit to be desired.
Shocked from the response of the tweaked out-tooth grinding bartender who responded, "I don't have time to make your manhattan". After previously ordering the same drink I defended my request based on availability as he eventually, without remorse poured whiskey over ice with drops of bitters... My take away is that, I'm glad pronto has the audacity to select the drinks they'll make for their costumers. I'm grateful for their business there is a support base naive enough to endorse this kind of behavior.

Fun on a Saturday but always smells of stale beer and urine.
There’s only one reason I am giving this review three stars - and that’s Alex (bartender). He serviced me - and went above and beyond when the other two bartenders ignored me (one of them named Chris). The Smac and cheese was awful. A thin béchamel sauce swimming in dill and sliced but cooked lunch meat chicken. The dish could have used more cream. Alex, after finding out that I didn’t enjoy it, removed it from my check.
