We went there Sat after ordering our meals 30 min of waiting we were told they only had enounh turkery to burger. When asked to speak to the manager he got upset and told us to leave. When we ask for our bill we were told to get out. I will never go here again. But thank for the free drinks and fried pickle and mexicall dip. We save $200 .

I love Pronto but like so many other reviews have stated the place definitely needs some love. ALL of the bathrooms look and smell like they have never been cleaned.
Very disapppinting brunch experience! They said the kitchen was slammed but all the tables weren't even filled up. My omelet was cold and looked like it's been sitting for 20 mins. The general manager blamed it on us. Honestly will never go back. Worst brunch ever.
Absolutely horrible. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Went to Prontos for brunch with a group of 7. It took over 2 hours to get our food and our food was cold and one of my friends did not even receive their food at all. Absolutely horrible service and not to mention, this was all brought to the General Managers attention, and he had the nerve to blame it on us for not bringing it to the managers attention first thing. Will never go back! Very disappointed!
Seriously great and a great experience with the cutest bartender Justin! Best food- smac and cheese!
Food was great but the staff was not the friendliest. I would go back again because the food was great but they could be a bit more friendly.
Came I last night during karaoke, stood at the service bar for five minutes. Both bartenders saw me, but never came over. Neither one of them were busy. I moved and sat at the bar with money out, waited another five minutes. One bartender kept walking by me and chatting with someone. Other customers actually looked at me in disbelief that I couldn't get a drink. One looked ready to intervene. I mouthed never mind to him. I got up and left. Last visit.
Good drinks, but looong wait time, and the bathrooms need serious attention.
