This place has gone steadily downhill since the former owners sold...food is bad, service is worse. Last night was our last visit to Pronto.
Not as good as I remember. The food was good but the service was extremely slow. If it wasn't for the nice waiter I was able to catch on the way to one of his tables I'm pretty sure our waiter would have never showed up. Definitely not a first choice anymore.
ALWAYS A FAB TIME Staff are Fantabulous!! Peter, Chris, Austin.... All know how to make a Saturday night FUN They are "on point" with their hustle & flow of drinks & smiles! Always nice to go where everyone knows your name and they are always Estatic that you came.... Food is yummy � Sunday Funday on Patio best one in town "hands down" Look forward to next adventure Taco � Tuesday & Cabaret Karoke was a great night
Good food great atmosphere...laid back lots of options and a great dessert menu
We came here during a bar crawl, that they were prepared for, and they had NO servers. The bar was completely full and they had ZERO servers. We had to go to the bar to get a drink, after sitting at our table for twenty minutes. This is literally the worst experience I've had at a bar ever!
Last time at Pronto today! Mid-afternoon, not busy. Had to chase down waiter for our drink order. Twenty minutes later, two sandwiches still MIA. As we are walking out, waiter swears they're making them now. Broken dessert case motor (a year at least) so loud you can't think, broken front door. I knew you were going down hill last Valentine's day when you sold us cannoli so old the filling was yellow and cracking.
Service was GREAT along with the food. Natalia was super nice and even took our picture by the Christmas tree.� First time at Pronto but won't be our last!

Called to order take out was put on hold the 1st time for over 5 mins, called back and the same person tired to put me on hold again till I spoke over him and stated that I was the person he's had on hold for 5 mins. He informed me that he will get someone to take my order, 2 mins later he (person I've been talking to) came and took my order then informed me that what I wanted wasn't available til 2.
