So how do we get out of the bathroom?
Not sure what’s happened to this restaurant. It used to be great. There was no one to seat us and we weren’t acknowledged when we came in. Service is exceedingly slow, everything looks worn, dark, and shabby, and they didn’t even have spoons - they gave us straws (the big ones wrapped in paper) to stir our coffee and tea. The food came out lukewarm. Strange place now!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! We have been here and hour plus NO FOOD NO DRINKS WAITER COMES BACK AND DIDNT REMEMBER WHAT WE ORDERED definitely a whole in the wall fire everyone!!!
When we arrived we got menus pretty fast, the waiter took our order and 30 minutes when past with no appetizer or even water. The another waiter brings us water and the original waiter comes back and ask if anyone from the bar came and took our order after she already had done so. So when the food finally comes out only two of the three meals that were ordered come out. Another brings out a dish which is the incorrect item after I just told him what the missing meal was. Fun, good drinks
Our waiter was fantastic. Food and desserts were great. My friend loved her Berger. It was her first time to Pronto.
Worse experience ever.
A truly awful experience. In from out of town we went to Pronto because it was a favorite years ago. Very disappointed in mediocre food & a poorly prepared kid’s pasta & no offer to discount. Virtually empty at lunch with an atmosphere of decay. This place in not even a shadow of its former self. Staff doesn’t seem to care.
Menu was limited but food was good .. took FOREVER to get our food and waiter though pleasant hardly came over .. we had to call him To get the bill ... waited a long time for him to get our credit card to pay .. never showed up so we paid cash just to get out of there .. since I didn’t have much cash on me ( hence why I was using my credit card) he received a dollar tip and that was really all he was worth anyways so I only felt a little bad.
