This review is for the Pronovias US Flagship in Manhattan, NY. I loved my dress. I was so happy with how it turned out. It was right in my budget (less than $3k) and perfectly me! My alteration lady, Elaine, was the nicest person around and was so happy to work with her.
My daughter selected and paid for her gown last year. When we went for her fitting the jacket and veil were not in to be tried on or fitted. We were there for over two hours and offered not even a bottle of water- a far cry from the champagne offered while wooing the sale last year ! This will mean at least another two fitting trips! Not an eyelash batted; very saddened because we are so loyal to all Spanish brands. The service was not up to those high standards. The seamstress Julie, was a wonderful in every way !
