Disappointed. Awful customer service. Made my friend, the bride, feel humiliated. The woman, Kristen, barely made any conversation at all. Overall, not impressed.
I bought an occasional gown at Pronovia for my sons wedding and I was very pleased with my experience. Love my dress and alterations were superb, and that's coming from a seamstresses daughter. Highly recommend Pronovia NYC.
