As I was living in NYC by the time I got engaged, I figured the best thing to do was to buy my dress there. After looking in many, many different bridal stores and designers, I decided I wanted a Pronovias dress I fell in love when trying it in at a bridal shop. However, I did not want a strapless dress, I wanted sleeve, therefore the shop I was trying the dress said they recommended that I would go directly to Pronovias flagship store to see if that was possible. My dress was absolutely beautiful, but the customer service is greatly lacking! No one answers the phone and the day BEFORE my wedding, my dress was still in pins and not even sewn. I was there for hours while I waiting for my dress to be sewn together with my family that came from out of state. Definitely dropped the ball and needs to get it together. No reason to NOT know when a dress needs to be completely.
