DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Their customer service does not care about their consumers if anything goes wrong and they refuse to accept that they have screwed up. I first purchased a dress in May 2019 here and when it was discovered some grave errors were made in the ordering process I was forced to pick a new dress in January 2020 2 months before my wedding. please reply to us, 2020 brides who unfortunately had to postpone our wedding due this crisis! I have sent several emails since April 7 and still haven’t received any reply until today. Even reached out to my stylist still no reply! This journey has been way too stressful and the total opposite of what I was expecting. I am very disappointed and wish I knew that before!! 💔💔💔
I got my wedding dress and alterations at Pronovia’s in NYC 58th street. The service was amazing and from the first appointment with Tamara to the finished touch of alterations with Grace it was so professional and amazing.
The whole staff there are lovely, especially Maria who did my alterations. My whole experience has been amazing, and I can’t thank them enough!
Amazing collection and beautiful brides
We had an unforgettable experience.... Jenna was the best!!! From beginning to end. She was very attentive, personable and caring. She listened, every dress she picked was a winner. She definitely helped make the experience pain less!!!
