I had the BEST experience at the Pronovias Austin store. Jessie and Maddie helped me find my dress! I had a unique situation and they made me feel so comfortable, clipping me in the exact way I wanted the dress altered so I could truly get an idea of what the dress would look like. Go to this store, the dresses are beautiful and the best quality, paired with top notch customer service! You won’t regret it!

The seamstresses were wonderful, but the sales associates and store management caused significant stress leading up to my wedding. While the final outcome of my dress was okay, I hesitate to recommend this flagship due to my extremely frustrating experience. After my sales associate left, the store failed to provide a consistent or acceptable level of service.
