I had such a wonderful experience, especially working with Jessie! She was incredibly helpful, sweet, and honest throughout the entire appointment. What really stood out was her creativity and ability to immediately see a vision and bring it to life. 🚩 Pronovias Tried to Pass Off a Worn, Dirty Gown as My “New” Wedding Dress 40 days before my wedding, Pronovias left me without the new wedding gown I had paid for. At my first fitting, I was shown a gown that was obviously worn and filthy. The underside of the train was covered in long grey streaks, the entire hem stitching was grey with dirt, there was makeup on the butt, and there was a dried liquid stain larger than my hand on the train. Bethany was absolutely amazing! I visited several other bridal stores, and the experience truly did not compare to the service and personal attention I received from her. She asked thoughtful questions and gave me such helpful feedback that really guided me in figuring out my style and feeling confident in my decision.
