Horrible experience from start to finish!!!!!!!! Absolutely zero sense of urgency with alterations, completely unprepared for appointments, and do not take any responsibility for their own mistakes. My fianceé originally purchased a dress at the Pronovia’s in Miami and were told it would be a seamless transition to ship it to Austin since we live in Texas. I had a great experience with Kaila last October for my fitting and eventually went back to purchase a dress. Kaila was super efficient and prepared for my fitting. She answered all my questions and was able to suggest wedding gowns based on my feedback. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding gowns. The dress was a bit delayed during production, but that's out of the hands of the store. I had a seamless experience when picking up the dress.

I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing my dress from Pronovias. Alex was my wedding dress consultant and she was amazing, I could not recommend her more. The first visit I went with my mom, mother of the groom, and one of my friends. The store itself is located at the domain in the luxury section next to Dior, Gucci, and YSL. On top of that you walk in and its a very lux feeling store. You get your own section with private changing room, backlit mirror, and refreshments. Jade was my stylist and they were so gentle and understanding! When I explained what my vision was they were able to pick prices that went along with my vision. If you go here I highly suggest asking for jade! Also I just love their veils and accessories!
