first-class – My wife and I moved in here a little over two years ago, and we're going to renew again. We're middle-aged and we're quite happy with the complex and its management. The rental price is good, the location keeps our commutes short, and it's very convenient to shopping and even good restaurants. The best experience – I have lived in many different apartment communities in Tucson and the US and this has been the best experience for me - the grounds are kept up beautifully and I felt very comfortable in this community.
Genuine and caring – I have read the previous review on this apt complex, and I have to completely disagree. Management has changed. The staff in the office seems to be genuine and seems to really care about me, and their residents. I have seen the courtesy patrol at night, and have had occasion to meet the maintance people, who were very freindly. I enjoy promontory very much, and plan to be here for a long time
Highly recommend – I lived an another complex at River and Via Entrada and in comparison Promontory is paradise. It is very quiet, the built-in louvered blinds are terrific, and the rent for my two-bedroom is reasonable. It's far enough away from the UA that you don't have hoards of idiotic college kids drinking and screaming every night. I recommend it highly.
Smooth and worry free experience – I have found thru my many years of apt living that a truly competant staff makes an apartment a home and here i have found a home.Thank you Sandy for making my transition from New Orleans a smooth and worry free experiance.I highly reccommend this apartment to anyone that appreciates what a dilligent and attentive staff can offer you.
Friendly – This is a great place to live! I have been living at Promontory for almost 4 years and have been very happy. Don't believe all the negative comments. I usually don't bother to write reviews unless I am angry with a company. However, I am tired of seeing so many negative comments about the place I live. And by the way, this is the first place I have lived at where the staff is friendly and isn't constantly changing.
Beautiful complex-Great location – Great location, close to Tucson Mall and a short drive to UA. Beautiful complex...friendly staff. Never had any problems. Overall, a great place to live!
Great place to live – It's a great place to live. I know I've had some issues in the past but every time I spoke with the manager they were resolved. I'm very happy here.
