This place is terrible. Do not live here. Only good thing about this place is location. Washers and dryers are a far walk and very overpriced in my opinion. The dumpsters are also located a far distance. This place charges for water and garbage separately. The bill is as much as it should be for a small house with a washer. I was not charged the water for a couple of months and then they just expected me to pay a lump sum, with no explanation of usage. If even 1 day late on any payments a ridiculous fee is charged each day. ... read more
