I was spoken to in a very condescending manner by a young bearded male employee who overheard a conversation between my wife, another client, and me and who decided that he needed to argue with me about my wife's appointment time. We had been sitting and waiting for 25 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. He approached us at approximately 1:20; my wife's appointment was for 1:15, but this fellow kept saying that the appointment was for 1:30. Rudeness seemed to be his forte.
