I came to this clinic for pain management for my back. I received steroid injections which worked well. At my follow-up appointment I was beginning to feel the pain again and was scheduled for another round of injections. The second round of injections gave no relief and in fact my pain increased. I cancelled the follow-up appointment as I felt no need to spend any more money for nothing (I paid nearly $500 for the last round of injections and had been charged $130 just for the follow-up appointment before that. Was a patient of Dr. Jill Kunich, she was not convinced I was in pain apparently because my MRI didn't show anything extreme. I won't be going back I'll just keep living in pain.
I came to this clinic in search of pain management for my degenerative joint disease and was very disappointed in the the over service and experience that Dr. Scheplia and his staff gave me. Was told I needed a pre-authorization for a simple procedure for an injection for my SI joints (hips) and was good to go with my insurance. Come to find out several months later that the pre-authorization was not submitted correctly by the staff at this clinic and my insurance would not cover the bill.
