Dr. Stephanie Cole saved my life at Bay Park on April 28, 2015 with an emergency surgery. I have had numerous surgeries since. I received six months of chemo through the Toledo Clinic at Bay Park. I have had many return visits since for various reasons and have always had exceptional care. Because of this hospital I am alive, cancer free and healthy today. Thank you.
Took my daughter here to get tubes put in her ears and to have her andenoids taken out. The nurses and doctors were amazing with her. She is only year and a half. They made sure she was comfortable and ok through it all. Even let her take a blanket and stuffed animal from home back into surgery with her. She didn't even realize I wasn't going back with her. My Grandpa was here almost 7 yrs ago and I was upset with his care. My fiance is here now had a hip replacement. I like the afternoon and overnight nurses. I'm NOT happy with these day people at all.
They really care about their patients and have done a really great job their work
Awful experience, staff had no idea what to do with a seizure patient other than to try to sit them up as they were gagging while seizing versus rolling them on their side. The hospital then decided to move to a different hospital, but were undecided of where and then when family called staff was very rude hurried the conversation explained nothing and hung up. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone as they do not take patient care seriously and when you call about it you get lots of excuses. Very sad.
Everytime I come here they just think of something and that's what they diagnose you with. I've had problems for a long time, and do u think I want to spend my time here. No my Dr told me to come and I did and I leave with no test done and some pepsid!! No I said my stomach hurts I don't need a darn antacid.. I explained it all from start to now about it all and of course they look at me like I'm retarded.. don't worry I know u get paid enough to not actually care..Won't come back here every again.. for any of my family.
