Even though I work here, as a patient, my care was above reproach. Connie, my nurse, was the picture of Promedica values and represented Bay Park with professionalism that all nurses should strive to achieve.
I was admitted on April 10th with a small bowel obstruction and had the best care during my 5 day stay. I was released on April 14th but unfortunately returned on April 15th with pneumonia and a lung infection...Again my care was top notch. Thank you so much to Megan RN, Dave RN, Ricky RN, Ciana NA, Jacki in housekeeping, Megan and Stacy in respiratory and to each and every nurse or aid who assisted in my care you were all fantastic. Had hip replacement. Every staff member I encountered was phenomenal. Seemed they couldn't do enough for me. Meals were delicious!!
I had a stress test and a echocardiogram the staff was very nice and efficient.
I have always like ProMedica locations. Bay Park is close to me and the people are always nice and friendly. I don't usually have to wait to long, except for the ER.
Excellent people who work there! Slow getting to be seen but there were extremely busy that day I went there. Everyone was so nice and caring. Never had any issues here besides having to get a prescription after hours at night. Which having to go on the other side of town is a really pain!!
My daughter needed stitches to close a laceration on her head. While we were there my other daughter got sick on the floor and her clothes. They found her clothes to wear and checked her in to be seen. They accommodated us in one room and saw and treat both girls at once. It was super busy and chaotic that night for everyone there but they were great. 👍🏼
