Sandra and Heather in the ER made this experience so quick and comfortable. After being at St. Charles for an asthma attack and only 4 people in the waiting room and 3 more walked in like nothing....we left! The reception guy was rude too! Love Bay Park now!
Go there for blood test every year or more. Fast and simple unlike St Chucks. Wife goes for mammograms, same fast and good service. Employees are friendly and seem truly interested in you comfort.
I went in for a migraine and they didn't seem to believe me i was in so much pain I feel they think everyone is out to get pain meds for a high not me I am there only when I can't stay migraine anymore they gave me a small dose and sent me home than two hours later right back with much more pain they kept saying blood pressure is good you sure you have that much pain I don't come to ER unless I can't handle pain they gave me another shot after waiting 2 hours and that helped but I hate when they think everyone that goes ther... read more
I came down to be with my daughter as she was experiencing a miscarriage at four months. It was a heart wrenching time for us all, but the nurses, midwives, and Dr. White were all wonderful, caring individuals. Thank you for taking great care of my daughter and for helping us through this difficult time. I know one day we will be back to welcome a bundle of joy and I know she'll be in great hands.
They took very good care of my best friend the nurse came and checked on her frequently and was very nice and professional to all of us

they suck no meds to keep fever down or for pain not asking for much just 800 mg of ibrorphen
Unexpectedly had to deliver my son here and the labor and delivery staff were amazing! If I didn't love my current OB so much, I would definitely find an OB who delivers here for future reference.
