RecommendedBeen working with Ford since 1990, Jeff’s kits are by far the best well designed kits I’ve ever seen for broken fasteners! Do your self a favor and spend the money and buy the best! I have most of his Ford kits now and would do it all over again in a minute! Also best customer service I’ve ever had with a tool manufacturer! Jeff has always went above and beyond to help answer my quiestions!
if you want a tool that works this is it if you want unmatched customer service this is definitely the one for you . I had a issue that was all my fault when I called I felt like I was speaking with a good friend helped me figure it all out would definitely recommend promaxx!!!
I am a long time customer and would recommend any of the tools offered by them!!!! The time they save FAR out ways the cost of the tool!!! If you are contemplating buying this tool, don't hesitate. This tool is a must when doing exhaust manifold repair. We had 5 broken studs on a 5.4 F150. We spent hours trying to remove the studs, got 4 of them out and broke an ez out in 1 of them. My Snap On dealer came in and said he had the answer to our problem. We got in touch with Jeff and ordered the tools. Jeff was extremely helpful in walking me through the repair. He answered numerous texts and calls right away. I have seen the videos about this tool on Facebook. I was wondering how it worked. I got the opportunity go to the Sema and Aapex show this year. I got to visit with Jeff who is the designer and engineer. I ended up buying the complete kit for Ford, Chevy and Dodge Hemi. Are used it the first time on a 5.7 hemi. I had some issues on the passenger side to which I made a phone call for technical support and believe it or not Jeff the owner talk to me. I have had the rocky 1st generation for a little over a year and absolutely love it. The tool performs awesome and save me a lot of time trying to drill out a bolt. I just bought the Mickey and I'm excited to see how awesome that kit is. Thank you guys for inventing a tool that works flawlessly.
