It should be less than one star... missing parts, hard to contact them via email or phone... working on getting by money back form my credit-card company.

Stop! Do not buy from this company!! I purchased a roof rack system for our car and it would not securely mount on vehicle. Attempted to contact the company by phone and email and received no response. Bad product and bad customer service. No stars for them!!!
Do not order from this company. https://www.prolineracks.com/ I ordered a bike rack from them June 24th with a ship date of July 1. I then receive an email stating it was pushed back to July 10. No other correspondence since. I emailed the 14th and got this reply: Thank you for your order. The Thule 910XT is still on backorder from the manufacturer. We apologize for this continued delay. Proline Racks had the best price on my Yakima loadwarrior basket. Shipping was fast and well packaged.
Racks didn't work for the rooftop tent I had purchased them for. Emailed company to see about an exchange and no response. Not to mention they didn't email me to tell me the racks I ordered were on back order so I was left for 2 weeks wondering when I would get them. Then one day 2 weeks after they said they were on back order and would ship when they came in, they showed up. No email telling me they had even come in or shipped. NO STARS.
