So happy with Dr Robon, his team and their work. Honestly, with a surgeon my biggest concern is technical proficiency but with my team at Proliance I got that, fabulous communication, exceptional human caring and compassion and efficiency. So glad to be on the path back to wellness AND to have had such a great experience in the process.
Word of mouth! That's how I found this wonderful place. After suffering with a bad hip, I heard from a friend who had great results with a hip replacement ,so Dr. Bruckner became my hero & healer!
We are very impressed with Proliance Orthopaedics group! Dr Hulst did a great job! The first knee glue broke loose so replace a replacement! Very happy!
Love the Issaquah location (I am in Bellevue). Never have I had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time! Love the staff! Last time I checked in for a thumb injury, I needed to fill out paperwork and without having to attempt to do so in pain, a wonderful staff member filled the paperwork for me!! Without question, this is my go-to orthopedic clinic! 5⭐️'s!!!!!
10 AM, 12/11/14 checked in at Issaq. Enter Dr. Thayer with his Sharpie to initial my right knee for meniscus(ii?) surgery. 2 PM heading home and all is well! Many thanks to the supporting staff (from reception to sweet wheel chair driver!) for being so thoughtful, caring and professional, and to Kevin (anesthesiologist) and, of course, Dr. Thayer. Just as my daughter T. R. Mellinger and Judy Mills said, you're going to the best -- they were right!
