What a great staff from the check-in to the Check-out. Very fun and personable group. Professional, courteous, patient and caring. Took time to explain all procedures, and answer any and all of my questions. Dr Hulst, as always a very kind a caring Doctor and skilled in his profession. Grateful for this team.
This was my first experience having surgery. I went to see Dr Hulst on 6/7/17 for my consultation. I was scheduled for total hip replacement on 6/28/17. I was surprised how smoothly things went, as I was extremely anxious. Here we are 2 weeks post op and I'm healing up and moving with so much ease. It's getting better every day. Thank you Dr Hulst and the entire proliance staff for making a scary thing not so scary.
Best doctors hands down! Best front end staff hands down! Best nurses hands down! Best schedules hands down. I have had surgery with both Dr. Jackman and Dr. Robon. I have never had a surgeon with the incredible combination of exceptional bedside manner and above and beyond surgical talent. We were very impressed with our first time visit with Dr. Chi. We are encouraged by his treatment plan, and comforted knowing we were referred to such a skilled surgeon and knowledgeable staff. We are happy to work with his team.
My son was referred to Dr. Bruckner by another Ortho who had already performed 3 hip surgeries to repair a torn labrum. We met Dr. Bruckner for the first time and agreed a 4th surgery is necessary. We felt good leaving there clearly knowing that Dr.Bruckner knows his stuff. My son felt good after his conversation and has a very optimistic Outlook for the outcome.
