After not training for a few years, I was looking for a supportive exercise community. After a bit of trial and error, i found Project Purpose. I contacted them and arranged a trial week. 5 months later and I havent looked back. The coaches are amazing and give great advice. They're skilled in modifying exercises for individual needs, and coaching technique. The community is so welcoming and encouraging. I'm very grateful to have found this fitness community. If you're not sure, give them a go, you won't regret it!!
Absolutely the best gym, the trainers are so supportive and caring and really focused on helping everyone reach their goals no matter what your ability. They adjust the workouts to suit your skill level at the same time giving that extra push of encouragement to improve. The atmosphere and the members are all so supportive of each other, it’s a great community to be part off. You won’t regret coming to Project Purpose.
Tegan, Daniel and all of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable! They are able to scale the classes to suit individual needs and abilities whilst always encouraging you to push for what they know you can achieve. I have been a member for 2 years now and can honestly say I look forward to every single class because of the gym vibe, the environment and the friends. 10/10 recommend!
I normally dont do CrossFit classes but I joined in when visiting a friend. The environment walking in was super welcoming! Everyone was friendly and non judgemental. The coach Tegan explained movements in a way that doesn’t make you feel stupid, she was super encouraging and you weren’t left to feel like you knew nothing. I left there now deciding I want to join a CrossFit gym in my hometown! 10/10 would recommend!!
I can not rate this gym high enough! Project Purpose has the most warm and welcoming environment, everyone is so supportive and doesn’t matter your skill level everything is easily modified to suit. The coaches are all amazing and show genuine care to help you achieve your goals. I was super intimidated to start and put it off a long time and wish I had of started years ago!
