RecommendedThe entire staff is wonderful there! The doctors are great and knowledgeable and show they really care! The receptionist are helpful and very polite and treat people with respect.
The worst thing my wonderful Doctors' Office ever did was joining ProHealth Physicians. I am no longer able to access my medical records through my online account. Despite many requests to all concerned, the problem has not been remedied. Plus any phone contact is impossible. I am on hold for 20 minutes frequently and when I attempt to chose an option that the message says is available to me, I am put back into the queue, never to have spoken to a person. Doctor curdo’s secretary Stephanie is not a good employee, Is not very friendly and does not do her job well and is rude to me as a patient. She does not listen and communicate very well and is unprofessional in her job. I have spoken to the hr about this issue before.
RecommendedAll though I cant speck for all ProHealth locations, I can and do recommend the office I go to (621 Terryville Ave Bristol Ct.) . Dr. Varma and his staff are professional and very helpful. I have also been to the ProHealth Urgent care on Peck Rd In Torrington Ct as well as the Imaging Center and have found some to be very professional and others with zero bedside manner but all helpful to my needs.
RecommendedDr. Lakshmi Babu and Dr. Stan Babu are absolutely amazing! They offer the HIGHEST quality of care and I NEVER feel rushed when I am seen by them. I highly recommend both of them.
The Torrington Office doctor was extremely rude to me. She refused to listen to anything I was saying, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
RecommendedI am brand new to this practice but so far have been very pleased with the care I have received. All staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Ferriter really takes his time with you and listens to what you have to say, and for that I am appreciative.
