The recording will not get you to any human being. I tried all 6 options and it says number not in service. I need meds called in and I can’t get any body on the phone! Pitiful! I told them this 2 mths ago. Dr. Bill is the rudest person I’ve ever met...Dr. Shultz is great. Nurses are awful!! Not worth your time and money if you can go somewhere else please don’t go there!!!

I had an appointment last Tuesday to refill prescriptions. One of my prescriptions was not refilled. I've been trying to ger that prescription filled since last Thursday.. The place that I have my prescriptions refilled and I have called the doctor's office and we have been told the prescription would be filled each time. It has yet to be refilled. Maybe they should change their name to Poor health!!!
