Billed me for something I have no idea about it
This company is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing with billing. They continue to send us bills even though it's been paid. They keep billing the incorrect amount. We have sent copies of EOB 3 times proving that we don't owe them money. They act as if they have no idea what's going on.
This company billed me $725 in error. I received an EOB from my insurance company advising the 'Subscriber Responsibility' is $0, yet Progressive wants $725. They are not sure if it is a mistake or not! Incompetent! Do not use go to ANY St Luke's healthcare facility until they sever ties with Progressive Physician Associates!
