We used progressive for 4 years and recently switched to another pediatrician. We love Dr. Miles and Dr. Cerone - both were amazing with the kids. Unfortunately, the office staff recently change and the front office staff is unprofessional. I would have to call 4-5 times for someone to pick up the phone to make an appointment. The wait time was also unacceptable. I never waited less than 30 minutes - on our last trip there, we waited 1.5 hours for a vaccine visit. We are so blessed by the entire staff at Progressive! They truly feel like family and empower me with resources at every turn, including graciously answering my numerous new mom phone calls! :) I would not think of going elsewhere and greatly encourage other families to join the Progressive Family!

You feel like family. Such time and care is spent with each patient. They really care about the entire child's wellbeing. I brag about this place to everyone. It is a real education and such a blessing to have them as a resource for my children and our family. My only wish is that Dr. Ceron would write a cook book already. :-)
