RecommendedI definitely liked the pediatrician. She is very nice, knowledgable, and takes her time speaking with you. But the facility is very run down. The floors seem dirty, old broken cabinets, and there are random peeled off stickers everywhere. There was only one other parent/kid while I was there, it seemed abandoned. It doesn't feel like a peditricians office, it kind of feels like an old veternary clinic. The staff working the front desk seem unhappy. They also did not have flu shots for children. We love Dr. Valerie Miles!
I took my child in for a sick visit on Wednesday. I was in their office a total of 3 hours! This is absolutely ridiculous considering it was only for a strep swap and check for ear infection. Furthermore, when the strep test came in positive, the RX never made it to the pharmacy! I have been calling the office multiple times a day since and still have not gotten my child’s medication!!! The office staff is rude.They don't work your children in when they are sick. When you do have an appt you wait forever and the doc only comes in for about 10 mins. They care more about money than their patients.
We needed some help after an after-hours mix-up with the pharmacy ordering the prescription needed for my son. Dawn immediately responded to my call, and although with her family, took the time to call the pharmacy, speak to the pharmacist directly, and ensure that the prescription got filled. Wonderful customer service, and wonderful people. Thank you for helping keep my family safe and healthy.
I absolutely love this practice! The doctors, nurses, and staff are all super friendly. As a new mom, they have been such a blessing! I highly recommend!
I'm so glad we switched to this office our previous pediatrician seemed to not be up to date on breastfeeding. I like the homeopathic approach first before deciding to just give antibiotics for a small cold. My little one is doing much better with the recommendations from Erica. I can't wait for our first appointment with Dr. Ceron-Canas at our 6 month well visit.
