I received a Gift Certificate 8-9 years ago and fell in love with Jennifer Evans and Progressions Salon and Day Spa. The only salon I've been to since. Friendly, professional and inspiring staff! �
Got my hair done the 1st time, it was absolutely NOT what I wanted or anywhere close to the several pictures I showed her. Went back to get it redone after speaking get with the manager and the owner. The second time was a little (and I do mean a little) better, but barely any change. The lighting in there will make you hair look a lighter color than when you get home. The staff and owner are nice, but they absolutely in no form gave me the color I requested on both visits. We just moved here and is sometimes hard to find a new hairstylist. Morgan did my daughters hair and my hair love it and she's great!!

I went in and no one acknowledged me and I waited 20 minutes to try and get an appointment, finally a young lady asked me if I had been helped and after I said no, she just walked away and didn't help me either. Needless to say not a good business.
