I hired Ernest to do a minor repair (dripping faucet), I purchased a kit of the same shower assembly as to what I had, while working on the tub faucet he chipped my tub, Ernest did not used my kit and used their parts and overcharged me, they did reverse the charges but will not get back to me on the tub repair, this has been going on for several weeks,

He hooked up the water lines for a faucet, and charged like $145.00. Thought that was a bit inordinate for such a simple task. Other than that, guy was a gem!
