Showed up without requested product. Very expensive for what little was done. Technician was very polite and professional however.

Asked for a plumber to come out to see why our toilet had a small amount of water around the base. Was informed if hey had to raise the toilet it would be $260.00. Plumber came out, said it was the gasket (7.00 at Home Depot) and it took less then 1 hour. 35 minutes in house and about 10 minutes travel time each way. He presented a bill for $260.00 - I questioned it saying he did not have to raise the toilet and he replied � that as the amount quoted to you� . I said but that was IF he had to remove the toilet and he said ra... read more
