It’s a cute place! I really wanted to like it. But the staff is awful. Clueless. Ordered food and they forgot all about it. They didn’t know the menu and they didn’t say sorry. & we weren’t the only table complaining. Def need to hire some different people!
I love this place. Friendly staff, superlative tea, very knowledgeable about tea. I don't drink coffee, so I can't speak to that, but if you're a tea drinker, this is a must!

Usually love, love , LOVE this place! My go to is always the Cappawapachino. But this time I watched the barista make it wrong and just try to “fix it” rather than make a new one. It was very disappointing. Also, consistency in the lattes may yield more positive reviews.

Best place for coffee or tea. They roast their own beans and the staff, oh the staff they are oh so friendly.
Cappawappchino! Tom's Very Delicious! and talking to the staff they are always friendly and willing to bend an ear if they have the time.
